The purchase
Book My Luck is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your license key is emailed to you within a minute of paying. Lucky covers one machine; Extra Lucky covers three, any mix of Mac and Windows. Your license does not expire and includes every future charm and update to the app.
Licence and activation
Your key is a personal licence for the number of machines in your plan: one machine for Lucky, three for Extra Lucky. When you paste the key into Book My Luck, that activation is locked to that machine for good: the app records a fingerprint of the machine and the server issues a signed activation that only works there. A key cannot be used on more machines than its plan allows, an activation cannot be copied or moved to another computer, and there is no self-serve way to release a seat. If a machine is replaced, lost or stolen, write to hello@bookmyluck.com from the address you bought with and we will release that seat by hand, at our discretion. Keys that are shared publicly or activated on more machines than allowed may be revoked. Refunded or disputed orders are revoked automatically.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the license key is delivered and usable immediately, we do not offer refunds, and a purchase cannot be cancelled once the key has been issued. Please try the charm on the website before you buy and check that your Mac runs macOS 14 or later.
What you may do
Install it on the number of machines your licence allows and use it for anything lawful.
What you may not do
Share or resell license keys, remove the signature from the app, or redistribute the charm art outside the app.

Book My Luck is a charm. It does not change any outcome and we make no claim that it does.
Warranty
The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it stable and will fix what breaks, but we are not liable for indirect losses.
